These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the APS Three AI website (apsthreeai.in) and ERP platform provided by APS THREEAI LLP. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Use of our services

• You must use the website and platform lawfully and not misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to them.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the business data you enter into the platform.

Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period. Plan inclusions and prices are described on our Pricing page.
• The Free Trial provides limited access for 10 days with no payment required.
• You may upgrade or downgrade your plan from your account dashboard; changes are pro-rated against your remaining subscription period.

Intellectual property

All content, branding, software and materials on the website and platform are owned by APS THREEAI LLP or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without permission.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Windows desktop application supports offline billing, with data syncing to the cloud once connectivity is restored.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, APS THREEAI LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding subscription period.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
